MONSOON: A BOON OR BANE?--- IN METROPOLITAN CITY OF GREATER HYDERABAD OF A.P.

·   A fact is always a fact that remains for ever whether you agree or not; I wish you shall not succumb to your monthly wants or require money to clear off your loans and for spendthrift , but still do not go for white collar crimes, or to work under some white collar criminal minded persons who may at this juncture pay you a lot and utilize your services and full fill their wants by using you in all means, but once you are spotted in some bad thing , that is all they shall make you the (e)scape goat and try by all means to finish you and wash their hands.

·   MONSOON: A BOON OR BANE? Definitely it is a BOON, but not for all Hyderbadis! Where we are landing the Metropolitan city of Hyderabad! Exactly where we are, except for few exceptions like the Hitech city, widening of the roads on either side by removing the buildings, shops etc. The old city, and all other places where the low lying areas, newly stretched out roads, widening with out pre-thought about the blockage of rain water, unexpanded and 200years old system of drainage with out any improvement except in the Arena of Hitech city, we shall perceive and experience the havoc of monsoon season, like that of sea- son-see port areas in all the colonies, roads, blockades with submerged in waters…no body to be blamed on what? Shall I call the monsoon as MAN-SOON-WATERS IN Hyderabad city!

ONE SHALL ACT WITH FEARLESSNESS AND NOT WITH FEAR

There is a saying--" Those who knows the mother, knows the world”. This caption might be true. Here, your mother is your inner mind and the conscience .But, in the case of white collar crimes or corrupt practices or accepting money from what ever may be the source of working by killing or sidelining the consciousness, and the cosine with corrugated mind lean toward compromise for personal gain by all means, that is all, you are doomed and swing into corrupt practices; Always try to uplift the right matters and respect them with least nods or so at the right time for prosperity without fear and favour; like wise one shall not focus on personal gains and/or material gain interests in weight but for prospective matters that the Organization shall come up like the Honest of all and above the sky. Instead of pin pointing and trying to find fault with other’s views and vision on any matter if expressed, or trying to adopt ways and methods by trying or  clouding the Intelligence reports concerning to the men and materials  or by fully depending on the others working capabilities, try always to find out factual matters.

Hence be Brave....Do not engulf yourself in vicious circle at any cost... let you be poor but be honest, sincere and with duty mindedness and exhibit your integrity not for appreciation, rewards or medals. To the point always and all the time be honest to the work, to the words and action....Your reward shall be your Honesty, you may be requiring some money to clear of the loans, to run the family, or children’s education and what not, but still be honest; check and discuss with you inner mind ; it shall tell how dishonest you are and your wife  nor your children does not share your sin, ill gotten money, they just enjoy as long as they can. Just see around all others may wish you but heart and heart they hate you and talk about your corrupt practices, may be in your absence. Hence do not let your life go in that line…

The government is taking very nice and prompt steps by issuing Adhar Cards to one all; this may not authenticate the Indian citizenship, but invariably it should be useful for the individual and also to the government authorities like the CBI/DRI/ITax/IB/RAW/Customs and the lot. I would like to suggest some points for consideration to plug out at least some corrupt practices: like:-I am hold a respectful job with sizable money as out of the way income, but through honest means without any harassment and the like; this we call monthly MAMOOL,,as you all know; this exists in all the departments, private sector,etc...I go to some M. city and buy some gold ornaments on various names, then pledge in different banks, chit fund coys, etc. on different names - to a tune of say 5 lakhs every 3-6 months time; Have got any idea how to locate me; PAN card is on different names and addresses; but now the Adhar Card having my finger prints, photo, eyes, address, can be made useful to  locate the mischief what i am doing in the name and style of honesty; let the Adhar card number be made compulsory in all fields of transactions, like the PAN in banks, or by IT as, assessments; the mention of Adhar Card No. shall be made compulsory in all the transactions including land dealings, registrations, purchases of any type of materials, articles, and the dealer/shop owner shall make a mention on all such receipts to authenticate their dealings by issue of receipts,etc... All the banks, chit fund companies, etc. where money/gold and other documents are dealt shall submit monthly statement to the income tax;commercial/custom/etc.and the cbi/ib/dri/raw/local police/cpos having Investigation authority shall make use of this adhar card number to find out the hidden things and the men; let the cell phone issue dealers also make a mention of this Adhar card number in the forms and for verification...

The incarnation of the Lord in human spirit and soul BELOVED SATYA SAI BABA-has ended his humanly life and his Atma, shall never leave their devotees, may not leave us, a true lover of the God. –I agree with your views--to select an eminent person acceptable to the devotees to chair the Trust- is no mean task, considering numerous reports of internal differences between Sai Baba's relatives, particularly his nephew R.J. Ratnakar, a member of the Trust, and some other Trustees.”

Can I express my personal feelings I had with His Exllencey Highness BABA- Around 15 years back, I was at Puttaparthi, and sitting in general devotees rows, awaiting for the BABA to pass our area and bless us; As every person was writing some thing and preparing a slip, to hand over to Baba, I too made out my feelings- about my second daughter-who was having good structure-in height and stout with PG degree, diplomas- my efforts to get a good match for her has become a big task for our family members, and on or the other way no match could suit her.

 On a slip of paper I wrote in brief all these and prayed the God-BABA for his blessings,like all others, I too was waiting for Baba to pass through our line; HE came over to our side, walked through just before us and passed to other side -towards Ladies Arena, that is to be clear- about 10-15steps away from us and turning left toward ladies side another 10-15 steps from my line.

I suddenly remembered that I forgot to handover the slip to BABA which I wrote, I just got up and shouted/screamed as "Swamyji", swamyji"-and he turned around toward me, gestured me, and moved his hands; I, replied through signs by showing my pocket, and the slip and signaling that I forgot to handover the slip to HIM.

 To my surprise, or to the that matter every one almost stunned to see that HE started walking toward me, came to me and stopped with smiling blessings. I bowed down and touched HIS feet, stood up, and with all apologies, I handed over the slip to HIM;HE glared at it as if read; again blessed me and with a laughing gesture HE whispered something-I felt as HIS blessings as-everything will be all right and should not bother about my daughter's marriage. HE turned, and again took steps towards the Ladies side area...

My daughter got married (1998) to a gentleman of about 6.2 in height and is well placed in 'THE HINDU ‘with HIS blessings alone. That is the God's LOVE toward me...

 After all we are human beings and in so far as Baba is concerned, HE is God incarnation as we could conceive from his well being and the wonderful things made known to the public and to the devotees.

I had a dream or of that sort. It is the matter and not the substance in reality I have seen every thing through my eyes and I could not deviate or divert my thoughts from the scene of the attachment; In that dead part of the night, I went in to the Hall all alone, no person to stop me from reaching the BABA’s Arena; there were no White dressed volunteers to stop me from entering in side the ground level, where BABA was laid down, human physical body without the presence of the five elements; there were no steps to reach him, directly I went and sat just near BABA’s feet.

 HE was just found sitting straight with his legs stretched and keeping his back touching to the wall side and laughing at me, in good mood and gestures of blessings, waving his hands toward me. I just touched HIS feet and washed them with love and affection with water,    

 I do not Known where from I could get the water at that time and at that place; But while I was performing this act, HE was looking at me and laughing; I glared at him; HE did not talked to me but moved HIS hands here and there and showed finger toward my head; I started talking to HIM and I was telling HIM that now, at this place no WHITE dressed volunteers are present to stop to reach YOU and I expressed to HIM that I used to imagine them to be like that of the White Army of the Great Hitler; He whispered some thing which I could not follow, but I questioned as to what HE was to say, but HE asked me to continue my talk; I expressed apology to HIM and to pardon me for using the word as White Army of Hitler, and respecting Hitler as the Great; The BABA, gestured me to continue to tell my feelings;  I informed him that now, at this place we are the only two persons happily sitting and exchanging views and that here at this juncture no volunteer can make me get up or move or remove me from BABA and that I have full support and blessings of HIM and now no one can touch  me. I told HIM that the Hitler’s White Army found to be using force and domination on the persons who oppose to their commands and even at times used to take complete decision making , expertise wipe outs with out even bringing the matter to Hitler and I said during my 4-5 visits having no much influence to reach up to the feet of BABA, but, only once, I  could be able to sit in rows, from where I could see  the BABA from some distance and that the blessing given by BABA for my second daughter was an exception , where in they could not stop me, as BABA himself walked over toward me and blessed me, as one could see the astonished and surprised volunteers and other devotees. All these time, when was talking to HIM he was just waving HIS hands and asking me to continue... I was talking and talking...

I do not know, what made to move further, I just moved towards HIM and started using the ‘PANCHABHI SHEKAM’ waters kept by HIS side. I started taking one after the other and pouring - Abhishekam- on HIS head and finally I was asked to sit by HIS side. I sat by HIS side… and I heard some noises around and I was disturbed by some one and I came to senses and I could not the dream continued further. 

But, I felt so happy and happy that I could at least dream and imagine of HIM in reality and performed Puja and talked to HIM which I could not get the chance while HE was alive as a Human being.

III: CAHIRMAN OF THE TRUST:

I read in the News papers that the Post of the Chairman shall be left as it was and that BABA shall continue as the Chairman even after HIS demise (physical –human being life lost like all other Saints and Mahatmas).Yes HE shall, by all means and HE is pervasive and no one can replace HIM. Now BABA can not even send some one in HIS place to act as Proxy. But who shall be made as Co-Chairman, at least to sign the Cheques, other Legal documents and on Minutes etc. There shall be a person-human being to chair the TRUST when it assemble and pass some Resolutions etc. There can not be even utilization as ‘sleeping partner’ as, now, BABA is not having any humanly body to perform any matter that comes in ‘TRUST” or sign any paper or Cheque; HE is Lord incarnation, now had become the BABA-the God; It shall not be wise and proper to the Secretary or the Treasurer to Chair the Trust all the time in the name and style as its (de facto) functional Chairman. As usual, when I was doing Meditation, again BABA came in to mind and HE was blessing me with his laughing face and gestures. It was brought out and inspired to me that I want to put herein, as above; Mr. Ratnakar is the person having blood relation with the BABA and that he is the Person authorized by BABA to perform HIS last rites, and all the Yagnam, which was in Toto accepted by one and all; then why not HE-Mr. Ratnakar, take the place of Co-Chairman having full pledged authority and powers to manage the Trust, in addition to continuing the present BODY as it is and with inclusion of one more person Mr. Satyajit as one of the Trust additional member… I was feeling as to who are these persons whom I am talking or thinking about and I did not even seen their faces in person, except in papers, of in the TVs. BABA who still with me while my thoughts were lingering as above again put HIS hands on my head and blessed and said every thing shall be all right and go in the right perspective and for prospective and well being of the Trust on whom the devotees have trust.

HYDERABAD METRO RAIL PROJECT PASSES A MAJOR HURDLE

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metro Rail project on Sunday passed a major hurdle with the South Central Railway (SCR) giving clearance to four Metro Rail crossings over the railway tracks in a proposal submitted by the HMR officials.

This is the first set of ‘general arrangement drawings’ (GAD) approved by the South Central Railway in a record two months after their submission. This will enable the HMR to build elevated metro rail crossings over the SCR railway tracks at Bharatnagar, Lakdikapul, Malakpet and Begumpet.

“Construction of elevated metro rail structures over the railway tracks is a critical activity determining the progress of the metro rail project and the early approvals accorded by SCR would enable speedy progress of the Metro Rail project,” said Mr N.V.S. Reddy, managing director, HMR.

Given the complex arrangements, technical complications and the legalities of ‘Right of Way’ as per the Indian Railways Act, railway clearance for elevated metro rail crossings over the railway tracks is normally a prolonged affair. The organisations seeking Right of Way permissions over railway tracks have to satisfy the stringent conditions of the Indian Railways codes and rules.

In a meeting with the HMR officials on Sunday, the SCR officials indicated that the approvals for the remaining crossing points at Alugadda Bavi, Chilkalguda, Oliphant Bridge and Wadi end of Secunderabad Railway station (western end) will be cleared shortly.

The railway authorities have accorded approvals for the first four Metro Rail crossings with the condition that proper integration of Metro Rail stations with the nearest railway station shall be achieved by HMR providing walkways, skywalks, parking facilities, etc. They have also stipulated that at Secunderabad station, the nearest Metro Rail station shall be connected to various platforms of the railway station with skywalks and escalators.

Mr N.V.S. Reddy said that the railway safety specifications, vertical (height) and horizontal clearances, infringement regulations etc., would be strictly adhered to.

Can I get copies of the Andhra Pradesh State’s Gaz.Notification or of the Centre and the provisions made for the Hyderabad Metro Rail construction program taken up — provisions ,authority made by the Act or the Acts like that of the Metro Railways Act,2009, or 2002 or 1978 and amendments thereto to apply them for the HMR Project. I have got a copy of AP Tramways Act, which in my considered view, does not apply for the HMR-metro railways; What are the via media/ alternate steps taken in accordance with the Constitution of India, Indian- Metro Railways Acts, of 1978,2002,2009, etc.

• BP లేనివాడు SUGAR  లేనివాడు ,

• వుంటే వాడు దేవుడే అవుతాడు ,

• తినండి తాగండి తిరగండి ,
• నవ్వండి నవ్వించండి నవ్వు తూవుండండి,
• నవ్వుతూ పొండిరా ! పొండిరా, నవ్వుతు,
• నలుగురులో పొండిరా నలుసులా పోకండిరా !
